What is your turnaround time for media delivery?

All standard listing media are delivered by 48 hours following the shoot (including weekends). Unless rush delivery is selected at checkout.
You will receive a secure download link containing two full sets of images: one set perfectly resized and optimized for instant MLS upload, and one high-resolution set meant for premium print brochures and signs.
Yes. To maintain our tight schedule and ensure consistency, properties must be "photo-ready" upon arrival. Can the home stager, builder, or buyer use these photos?
It’s entirely up to you! If you or the homeowner want to be there, you are more than welcome. If not, you can simply provide a lockbox code or Supra access when booking, and we will securely lock up when finished.
We track local radar closely. If it's a light drizzle, we can easily capture all interiors as normal and execute automatic blue-sky replacements on the exterior shots at no extra cost. If severe weather hits, we will contact you at least 2 hours prior to reschedule the exterior/drone portion without any penalty.
Per standard industry practice, the photographer retains the copyright to all media. When you purchase a package, you are buying a limited usage license that allows you to use the media to market the property for the lifetime of that specific listing.
No. The usage license is strictly non-transferable and belongs solely to the agent who purchased it. If a builder, stager, or contractor wants to use the media for their own commercial portfolio, have them reach out to us directly for a separate commercial licensing agreement.
